We want you to be completely satisfied with your PETNVERSE purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that are damaged due to misuse, or that are missing parts not caused by our error, may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to Return
- Contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
